Nº 1. 100% plant waters

Did you know that water makes up 60 to 80% of the average face cream? We are the first company in the world to use ZERO plain water for the production of cosmetics. We have replaced it by plant waters (hydrolates), which are much better at moisturizing the skin. This means the active ingredients of our creams penetrate deeper and work more effectively, so that the results are visible in the mirror almost at once. Hydrolates (especially aloe vera) also have a soothing effect, which enables us to use many different, strong active substances in one product and achieve even more spectacular effects on the skin without irritating it. It is the use of plant waters and our ability to combine the highest-quality natural ingredients in the smartest of ways that makes Phenomé cosmetics so amazingly effective. 

Nº 2. Certified organic ingredients

Phenomé products are formulated with premium quality certified organic ingredients, which originate from the very best ecological sources. Our ingredients come from tried and tested sources — specialized suppliers of cosmetic raw materials — who conduct extensive laboratory and clinical research and tests in order to guarantee not only the high quality, but also the efficacy of their raw materials. Our products have a rich composition and are economical to use; we never economize on ingredients. Our cosmetics contain only the very best plant extracts and plant waters. Their components also include cold-pressed extra virgin oils – a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids – that we import especially for you from the remotest parts of the globe.

Organic certification means that the raw materials we use to manufacture Phenomé cosmetics are derived from plants that have been grown without chemical fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, and pesticides. None of the raw materials we use comes from genetically modified plants.

Nº 4. Transparency

We have nothing to hide which is why both the packaging of Phenomé products and the website feature the “Phenomé Transparency Chart” – a table providing detailed information on the percentage share of particular ingredients in our products. Descriptions of the specific ingredients include all raw materials of natural and organic origin. Each individual product page on our website also provides information on all active ingredients and all raw materials used.

Nº 5. Ecological manufacturing processes

Our manufacturing processes meet the highest GMP standards and respect natural resources. Our cosmetic products are manufactured on a dedicated production line that complies with the most stringent quality and safety standards.

Nº 6. Animals are part of nature

We never conduct any tests on animals, nor do we use any ingredients derived from dead animals (such as collagen)!

Nº 7. Packaging made of recycled materials

Our product packaging is made from recycled materials and designed to be recycled and reused. Our cardboard boxes are composed of 80% waste paper and recycled fiber. Our PET and HDPE bottles are made of 100% recycled plastic packaging i.e. so-called PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) material. We mostly use glass containers, which are fully recyclable.

Nº 8. Conservations of natural resources

Caring for the natural environment is part of the Phenomé brand DNA. We do not want to contribute to the exploitation of any natural resources that cannot be easily replaced. This is why we strive continually to minimize our energy and water consumption by reducing, e.g., costs of transportation or the size of our packaging.
